Appointment Policy

We operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.  Dr. Bradley is in the office Monday through Friday from 8am to 9am to receive calls and to make appointments. You may call the office and leave a message outside of office hours and Dr. Bradley will return your call as soon as possible.

Before Your Appointment

Please download the New Client Registration Form located in the Forms section of this website and return it to us at your earliest convenience prior to your appointment.  You may mail it or fax it to us at 774-207-0845.  If you are unable to download the Form, please contact us at 888-662-7002 and we will mail it or fax it to you.

Please provide us with a copy of your pet's most recent medical records including vaccination history prior to the appointment if possible.

The housecall appointment tends to be longer so please allow yourself enough time for your appointment. The housecall appointment usually lasts one to one and a half hours depending on the number of pets to be seen.

Please make sure that your pet is at home and easily accessible.  For cats, please make sure they are in the house at least 2 hours prior to the appointment and in a confined area such as a bathroom or a carrier and preferably not under the bed!

Dr. Bradley values your time and makes every effort to stay on schedule and will call you if she expects to be more than 10-15 minutes late.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  PLEASE NOTE, the housecall fee will apply if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or if you are not at home for your scheduled appointment.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash and personal checks.
